2008 SURGE YOUTH MINISTRIES WINTER RETREAT

Our Theme: Have you ever asked, “What is my purpose in life?”  We all wonder about who we are and what we will do with our life. God has designed each of us as unique individuals with a specific purpose.  Like a fingerprint, no two people share the same talents, personalities and spiritual gifts. On this retreat, our goal will be to discover how God has designed you and what He has in store for you. 

Where:  Camp Shenandoah Springs in Madison, VA

When: We will be leaving via church provided transportation from the McBride’s house at 5:00PM on Friday, January 18^th and we will be returning to Woodbridge Middle School on Sunday the 20^th after church.

Cost: $90 (This will cover all meals, lodging, and transportation)

What to Bring or Not: Bring either a sleeping bag or sheets and blankets (there are beds, but no linens), Bring your Bible (if you need one let me know and I will get you one), Warm clothes (pray for snow), Leave your tobacco, alcohol, and drugs (unless they are prescription) at home.
